Customer Focused Training
At Aurora, we pride ourselves on providing the best customer focused service. As part of this, we invited Rob Whittaker of Real World Associates Limited to provide a session to the Team on ‘Effective Sales’. The main focus of the session was to make sure that when we deal with Clients we always approach conversations in an open, polite and constructive way.
