“I became Laser Protection Officer for UCL about 2 years ago. One of my first tasks was to revise and update the Policy on Artificial Optical Radiation, and to construct an updated inventory of all AOR sources. UCL employed the services of Aurora Health Physics, specifically Raj Bunger, as a consultant Laser Protection Adviser, to help in meeting these requirements. Importantly, and in addition, Raj has recently also carried out two Laser Safety Officer Training days at UCL and a programme of laser safety audits.

Raj on behalf of Aurora Health Physics has at all times been helpful and flexible in tailoring his delivery of training and audits to the requirements of UCL and continues to be a valuable source of expert advice to UCL. I have no hesitation in recommending Aurora for their provision of expert advice and practical input for both ionising and non-ionising radiation.”
