As well as exhibiting at the conference Aurora were pleased to sponsor the Technical Update Session on 8 September at which Aurora’s own Robert Hill presented.

Robert gave a key presentation on ‘Shielding – BS4094 requirements, principles, methods available and examples,’ which was informative, instructional and useful for the conference delegates.

Simon Willis and Craig Morrissey manned Aurora’s exhibition stand at the conference and used the opportunity to poll delegates on how they dispose of EURATOM wastes, using Aurora’s polling counter. The polling stimulated interesting discussions among delegates with a number of differing practices highlighted.
