Paul Vine

Radiation Protection Supervisor (RPS), Site Manager & Senior Health Physicist

Paul has been a part of the Aurora team since 2009 and is a highly trained site manager and Health Physics surveyor.

Paul brings to Aurora experience in decommissioning, remediation, demolition and environmental surveying and sampling works.

Professional

In 1984 Paul started out as a Post Irradiation Examination Operator (PIE) for the United Kingdom Atomic Energy Authority (UKAEA) at Winfrith. 11 years later Paul moved to AEA Technology following his qualification as a Health Physics Surveyor and began to work in the UK and overseas as part of the Health Physics Support team. In 2001 Paul re-joined UKAEA as a member of the Waste Assessment Team providing waste characterisation services until he joined Aurora in 2009 and has quickly progressed to the status of Senior Health Physicist.

Personal

Paul is married and has a young son Lukas.  In his spare time Paul is an extreme sports junkie who enjoys bungee jumping & shooting.
