The SRP Heads of Profession was set up to bring together organisations working in radiation protection to discuss key issues that are affecting the radiation protection community as a whole.  It also gives the opportunity to network.

Raj was delighted to attend the recent meeting, held near Sellafield.  One of the areas of focus currently is the need to address recruitment and retention challenges within the radiation protection community, which is an area that Raj leads on at Aurora.
