Aurora was delighted to invite the wonderful John Lewis from JL Mindset Performance to speak at our Aurora Team meeting this year. John gave a brilliant presentation on mindset and how it effects our working life as well as our home life. He taught us to think about the stressors and, most importantly, how we release stress. The mind is a powerful thing and having a healthy and positive mindset has a large impact on how we experience life.
