The Team gathered together for our ATM, giving us an opportunity to catch up, as well as hear from three guest speakers, who kindly gave up their time to join us.

Graham Milne (Counter Terrorism Security Advisor) provided the team with an awareness session on counter terrorism, reminding us that we all play a part in helping to keep the UK safe, including the importance of See, Check and Notify (SCaN).

Dr David Crouch (Rotem Industries) talked about techniques that could be employed in dismantling and decommissioning of nuclear facilities.

Nick Keat from Invicro, talked about the management of dosimetry in a unique cyclotron and clinical imagining facility.  This included an 11-year review looking at dose records, trends and work patterns, giving us an insight into the operation such a facility.

The ATMs play an important part in helping us share our experiences as well as gain valuable CPD.  We look forward to our next ATM in November!
