Earlier this month, members of the Aurora team had the opportunity to attend and present at this year’s SRP Rising Generations Group (RGG) Conference!

Claire Stephens and Raj Bunger delivered excellent presentations which sparked much thought and discussion from the attendees! Raj and Claire both emphasised that careers in radiation protection are rarely linear, shaped as much by personal strengths and values as technical expertise.

These themes echoed in talks throughout the day, with professionals from a variety of backgrounds sharing their experiences along with helpful tips for those early in their careers.

It was a brilliant day to celebrate all of the different career journeys into radiation protection and for those early in their careers to plan for the future as a community. Thank you to the Rising Generations Group for putting the day together!
