📖 Aurora was delighted to support NPL’s Radiation Safety Day last month by sharing stories and case studies from past projects involving work with radiation!

🤵‍♀️ Anais Barros delivered a presentation on some of Aurora’s stories, including the decommissioning of the MC40 cyclotron, the digitalisation of Marie Curie’s notebook, and the remediation of land from a 1960s experiment in Oxfordshire!

🦺 The presentation formed part of a day of talks exploring the challenges, perspectives and lessons learned from working with radiation, and reinforced NPL’s strong safety culture. Well done to everyone who tackled Aurora’s ‘Critical Path’ game, in the lunch break!
