Aurora was delighted to be part of SRP’s Non-ionising Radiation (NIR) Safety event held in London last week. This event brought together leading experts from a wide array of sectors (including the medical, military, industrial and research sectors), to provide delegates with a comprehensive overview of NIR safety issues, and an opportunity for delegates to ask questions in the Q&A session. The event was also a great opportunity for delegates and speakers to network and discuss specific NIR challenges.

Aurora’s Angela Yeadon provided presentations covering a variety of topics including NIR Safety Culture, Regulatory Requirements, Health Effects as well as a number of case studies based on Aurora’s experiences, particularly in the higher education sector.
