The Association of University Radiation Protection Officer annual radiation protection conference is an amazing opportunity to network with Radiation Protection professionals, Clients, friends and receive updates regarding radiation safety. This year the conference was at Keele University in Staffordshire.

The Aurora exhibition stand this year featured ‘Radiation Run!’, a radiation protection twist on the favourite family game Snakes and Ladders. The game was popular with conference attendees with lots of people trying to make their way to the top of the board. Angela Yeadon, Radiation Protection Adviser and Non-Ionising Radiation Specialist, from Aurora delivered a well-received talk on the fundamentals of laser and non-ionising radiation safety in the University sector.

Aurora was thrilled to be voted as the best exhibitor at the 2024 conference. A massive thank you to everyone who voted!
