Aurora was delighted to attend two SRP events this week in Glasgow: Day 1 – Practical Radiation Protection, and Day 2 – Learning from Experience: Radioactive Materials Transport. The events were well attended, and it was great to see lots of familiar faces, as well as some new ones. Aurora’s Angela Yeadon, along with Mark Green from the University of Edinburgh, delivered a well-received presentation on Managing Non-ionising Radiation (NIR) safety.

All the attendees got into the Christmas spirit on day 1 and they wore their Christmas jumpers! They also braved the rainy weather and went out for a Christmas meal, complete with Christmas crackers and party hats!
