Aurora has had its first Team Day in over 2 years! The occasional get-together and fun group activity is vital for a company like Aurora. The day was spent having fun and trying new outdoor activities as a team, not just as colleagues but as friends (although as you will see from the determined look on some people’s faces, there was a bit if friendly competition too!). Aurora puts people first and values building strong relationships, both with our clients and within our team. Having spent the last couple of years social distancing and working from home, having a day full of outdoor team activities and having a meal together in Oxford was well worth the wait.

Our Team Day was hosted by the wonderful Great Barn in Banbury. The day’s activities included Rage Buggies, Archery and Clay Shooting. It was brilliant to find out who the dare devil drivers and sharp shooters were amongst us.
