On 17th October 2025, Craig Morrissey and Raj Bunger will be Aurora’s new Joint Managing Directors.

Aurora’s current Managing Director, Glenn Hardcastle, who will be leaving Aurora said, “After 23 years it’s time to hand over the Aurora baton.  I’d like to say a huge thank you to our amazing colleagues, clients, suppliers and friends of Aurora; and of course our families and partners.  I’ve had an absolutely amazing journey and been involved in some brilliant radiation protection work and projects.  And here’s to the new adventures and ventures!”

“…And lastly, two very special thank you’ s and congratulations to my friends Craig and Raj. They have each worked tirelessly since I’ve known them and never stop learning, being curious and asking questions. I feel very humble and proud to be leaving Aurora in their very capable hands.

Craig will become the Managing Director for Finance & Operations, while Raj will be the Managing Director for Marketing & People.

On becoming Joint MDs: “We are both excited to take Aurora forward to greater heights.  Our mission will be to focus on our key services: consultancy, training and site services.  We look forward to working with our colleagues in RSK and exploring mutual opportunities for working together.  We will retain our ‘People First’ approach to running the business and enjoy the journey ahead of us.”
